I have hired 18 people this year and our overall business to date for 2009 has surpassed 2008 in the number of transactions and total gross sales. 

This is interesting because of the fact that many of our Top Producers have seen a significant drop in their overall business volume.

It would appear that the newer agents and the mid volume producers have made the difference for us in making 2009 a record year.

I take great pride in knowing what I have been doing at the office has made a significant impact to our bottom line and of course

I would like to attribute some of that success directly to the time that we spent together.
